And summer is now over....

Pfft.... so I suck at keeping up with this since having Bekham, but you try to keep up with everything with this little spitfire running around!  We didn't think any of our kids could get any more stubborn, but he has sure proven that theory incorrect.  He is an adorable, strong willed monster.  Trae is busy after making the jr high football team and will shortly be trying out for the high school lacrosse team.  Jamison started 6th grade and acts like he is going into 10th.  The quiet boy has found his voice.... (insert eye roll here)... Mason in now in 2nd and I can't believe he is getting so big.  He has decided he wants to give lacrosse a try and we are just excited he is willing to give sports a try.

We had a great summer going to Lake Powell, the waterpark, the zoo, and just hanging out.  We had to say "see ya later" to my brother's family as they take the first steps toward his masters degree.  So proud of him and we miss them more than words can express.

We headed to our bestest friends' cabin this weekend and had an amazing time.  I forgot how fun playing cards with adults and adult conversations are!

Summer is almost here!

I'm sitting here watching Bekham being afraid if an ant and thinking how funny it is because he loves to torture spiders. Strange child!
We are doing great! Our last regular season lacrosse games are Saturday. The season is not over though. We then have the Memorial tournament, the Park City tournament, the Davis tournament, and I believe there is another one, but can't recall where it is. Busy! The Park City one is All-Stars. Trae was invited, but Jamison is 2nd draft. He will only play if someone in 1st draft can not make it. Pretty impressive for his 1st year playing. We can't complain because we were worried about his size against those huge Texans.

Can you believe spring is here?

I know I am like a year behind, but I will get better. Even if that means I am just posting a few pictures. I thought I would have so much time to write in my blog after being laid off from work, but then Bekham hit the terrible 2's a bit early. This kid is going to be the death off me... Or himself with all the daring stunts he does.... Jamison and Trae are busy with lacrosse and Mason is just happy to be himself. Here are a few pictures from my phone:

Mommy, we have a problem...

Mason and his buddy with the infamous red Solo cups... It's a corndog by the way...

I swear I will post some of Trae later, but these will have to do for now. Time to hit the books and keep Bekham from launching himself of the side table again.

Bekham riding his new scooter from Nana and Papa!

He doesn't understand to sit on it yet, but he's loving "riding" it around.

Christmas is coming

I can't believe how much time has gone by since I posted last, but this Momma is busy! I can't believe how much busier life is with Bekham, but I am enjoying every minute of it... okay, well maybe not every minute because there were those few minutes the other day that Bekham was very grumpy and would. not. sleep... yeah, those few minutes (or hours) sucked, but life is speeding by and I don't want to miss any of it.

I've taken up crocheting and I'm loving it. I'm trying to keep a balance with just a few orders so we don't get overwhelmed and I can keep enjoying myself. Jamie was just complaining that our house is going to start overflowing with hats, but I can't help myself with all these cute patterns I keep running across.

Trae is keeping busy with indoor lacrosse. Then you can't forget about the school play that he will be "starring" in. A musical of all things, but he's excited he gets to play the tough murderer. And before you get to worried it's Huck Fin.... I think....  haha!

Jamison is keeping up with his soccer with indoor soccer. He is such an amazing helper, especially in the mornings when I can't seem to drag my fanny out of bed until 7:30 because its been another long sleepless night. I don't know what I would do without his help.

Mason is keeping busy with his legos. I think his obsession has even gotten bigger! He's such a great big brother.

Bekham just keeps growing and won't stop. He's a little guy now, but he's a little guy with big dreams of catching up with his brothers. He took his first steps a few weeks ago and now he wants to walk everywhere. I love watching him toddle everywhere, but secretly hate it because it just means that he's not going to be a baby for much longer.

We went in search of the elves and took a few pictures along the way with the cousins (IT WAS COLD)
