Bekham riding his new scooter from Nana and Papa!

He doesn't understand to sit on it yet, but he's loving "riding" it around.

Christmas is coming

I can't believe how much time has gone by since I posted last, but this Momma is busy! I can't believe how much busier life is with Bekham, but I am enjoying every minute of it... okay, well maybe not every minute because there were those few minutes the other day that Bekham was very grumpy and would. not. sleep... yeah, those few minutes (or hours) sucked, but life is speeding by and I don't want to miss any of it.

I've taken up crocheting and I'm loving it. I'm trying to keep a balance with just a few orders so we don't get overwhelmed and I can keep enjoying myself. Jamie was just complaining that our house is going to start overflowing with hats, but I can't help myself with all these cute patterns I keep running across.

Trae is keeping busy with indoor lacrosse. Then you can't forget about the school play that he will be "starring" in. A musical of all things, but he's excited he gets to play the tough murderer. And before you get to worried it's Huck Fin.... I think....  haha!

Jamison is keeping up with his soccer with indoor soccer. He is such an amazing helper, especially in the mornings when I can't seem to drag my fanny out of bed until 7:30 because its been another long sleepless night. I don't know what I would do without his help.

Mason is keeping busy with his legos. I think his obsession has even gotten bigger! He's such a great big brother.

Bekham just keeps growing and won't stop. He's a little guy now, but he's a little guy with big dreams of catching up with his brothers. He took his first steps a few weeks ago and now he wants to walk everywhere. I love watching him toddle everywhere, but secretly hate it because it just means that he's not going to be a baby for much longer.

We went in search of the elves and took a few pictures along the way with the cousins (IT WAS COLD)

Grandpa Judy's Birthday

So, I'm late, but I already warned you how behind I am! Grandpa's birthday was all the way back in August, but we had such a great time that I wanted to post pictures.  The boys purchased silly string to get Grandpa (following in trickster Grandpa's footsteps as you can tell) when he least suspected it.  I think they got more on them, but it was the fact that they sprayed him that mattered! Mason, Isaac, and Cynthia went for a swim, we put together Grandpa's new fire pit, BBQ'd, ate birthday cake, chased his chickens, and made a mess with silly string before it was time to head home.

Mason determined to get the best shot at Trae

Trae stealthily attacking Grandpa

Grandpa getting even with Mason's own silly string

Even Isaac was attacked

Jamison came out of the war with the most "injuries"

 Mason was a close second

Trae got a little in his hair....

Isaac was just there to have a good time with the big kids

Always behind, but it's only because we are busy enjoying life!

Boys are back to school as of Tuesday.  Mason has been very quiet, but I'm sure he will pop out of it once he gets used to being away from home for the day.  His teacher has a great head on her shoulders and I'm so happy that Mason got her. I miss my little man, but he is going to learn so much this summer and he loves that he gets to eat lunch at school now with his new skeleton lego lunchbag.

Jamison is off to a great beginning.  He decided to run for class president, gave an amazing speech, lost by 1 vote, and won vice president.  His future as a 5th grader is looking bright and he is so excited.  He got these amazing socks from his Aunt Shannon, who fulfills his love of socks any chance she can.  These are the newest addition to his collection and he LOVES them.

Trae ran out the door on the 1st day of school and so we missed his 1st day photo, but I'll supply one taken from a few days earlier when he got his haircut.  I bought him an expandable portfolio file and he says it is the best thing ever.  I hope this little contraption will be the answer to his organizing prayers and he can keep it together this year.  He worked so hard all summer; 7:30AM football conditioning 3x's a week, 2 week long football camps, and then the past 2 days he was put through his paces at a grueling football tryout in 100* weather.  This morning he was told that he had made the jr high football team.  Tonight was spent searching for size 11.5 football cleats... Um, wow!  My kid is growing too quickly!

Bekham is growing so much and doing new things everyday.  I miss my newborn so much.  I miss him laying on my chest cuddling, but I can't keep him to myself forever because there is much too much to explore.  He scoots everywhere and has quickly figured out how to remove the safety cover from the electrical outlet.  He is so close to crawling, but just can't figure out how to get those limbs moving the right way and is just too lazy to lift his tummy off the ground when it slides so well across the floor.

Standing tall

Bekham is growing in leaps and bounds. He pulled himself up by the laundry basket. The girl inside the basket was not impressed by this because as soon as he stood up he grabbed ahold of her hair. Stinker!

So far behind, but I will catch up.... eventually....

Summer went way too fast and I have so much to talk about, but not now.  Now, it is time to flip the laundry over, wipe down my kitchen from the lunch mess, and maybe, just maybe we can make it to the store.

But here are some pictures from our camping trip the weekend before last.  We had so much fun and the boys behaved themselves which was even better!  We swam and swam and swam.

The happy baby!

Mason and his fort.  This kept him busy for 3 days!

Trae and Mason hanging out.  They were covered in mosquito bites and allergies were going wild, but we were still having fun.

This is where you find the boys when we tell them we are cleaning up and heading out...
